Chalk this story up to sheer befuddlement.
For a company who holds your online privacy so close to chest as to require some rather excessive ‘friend code’ to see another player on-line, I find it hilariously brazen for even Nintendo to as so much require someone to send in data — regardless of how anonymous it is — to be able to get something as mundane as Nintendo DS demo downloads.
If you were giving away a free Pokeman game or something, sure…but demos, srsly?

Sorry, but Thursday and Friday will be postless days. Both Th!nk and I will be out of town. So without further adieu, a re-cap:
Th!nk gone on vaykay.
Gr00ve rockin’ Red Wings tickets.
Boddington’s is great beer.
Corona is not.
If the cheese is holding it all together it counts as one nacho.

Welp, as time, and Michigan’s unemployment rate would have it, I’m making a move back to the west side of Michigan this weekend. Nevermind the fact that the house we were going to move in to decided to pull out at the last minute because of our dog. Oh well, things will work out.
Anyways, as a honeymoon and graduation present to the both myself and my wife, we’re going to spend a week in Gulf Shores, Alabama. I’ll try and write something meaningful this weekend, maybe even publish my first column I’ve been working on the past two/three weeks! But, as far as that, updates from me this coming week will be fairly few and far between. That is, unless I get sick while I’m down there and have nothing better to do
I’m sure Gr00ve will do just a dandy job at keeping us updated this week; again, I’ll try to post a few things, but I don’t want my faithful readers to hold their breath. Have a good week!

I’ve just started to delve into the mass that is Grand Theft Auto IV. So far, I agree with Th!nk. The driving is downright torturous though. As much as I like the detail, driving may be what pushes me away. Details to come.

So it’s become very apparent what readers care about. This page, this attempt at entertaining literature, has and always will be an experiment of constant refinement. Th!nkEmpire and I have always loved to write: It’s the writing that entertains us, not the topic. Judging by traffic trends, feedback, user comments, and our ability to generate topics, this space here has become more of a Gaming and Technology related blog than the general purpose blog that it started out to be. So as a result, we’ve decided to tailor this space to you, the reader. Moving forward, a large amount of the space will be focused on that. As part of our “re-launch” we’ll be arranging things for gaming related posts. The occasional blurb about something we want to write about shall be vanquished to the “Grab Bag” section of our site. Politics, Information/Status Posts (much like this one), and anything outside of the tech world.

I’ll work on getting out a post about what I think Blizzard should throw in to the “sometime” upcoming World of Warcraft expansion, Wrath of the Lich King. I promise it’ll be good, as it’ll be tackling things I don’t think many are thinking of.
Since it’s 2 am friday morning, Happy Friday!

I’m all about equal opportunity. But have we gone too far in the pursuit?
MHSAA provided me with an opportunity to be involved in something that kept me out of trouble, in school, and part of a team. Now, it seems, that might be in jeopardy.
After losing a case involving the scheduling of seasons for women’s sports, the organization that oversees high school athletics in Michigan owes 7.5 million in attorney’s fees and interest.
The part that bothers me the most is that the entire premise behind this discrimination suit is scholarships. essentially the schedules in place weren’t offering fair opportunity to girls for scholarships as the were for boys. The problem I have with the whole thing is that the ratio of scholarship opportunities for girls is higher than for boys. Essentially it’s easier for a female athlete to get a scholarship than a male.
explain to me again why we’re suing the MHSAA?

There is apparently some issues with the latest released trailer of Resident Evil 5.
I plan on tackling this in a post tonight, hopefully. Just gotta be careful as its a touchy subject. So look for it, I think it’ll be good!
